The 28th Men's Basketball Championships China Team "winning" Research

The 28 th Asian Men's Basketball Championship was over in Changsha,China in October 3,2015 and the Chinese men's basketball team won first place in the nine battles.Chinese men's basketball team is guided by coach Gong Luming and returns to the top of Asia after experiencing the “three centers” era and replacing the old players with younger ones.The present study aims to analyze the data of the nine matches from the selection of players to the final success of Chinese men's basketball team.After analyzing the overall predominance of the team's success,the study concludes the comprehensive factors for the development of the team,which provides suggestions for Chinese men's basketball team in the selection,scientific training and management.Adopting literature method,data statistics method,video observation and inductive method,the study conducts a comprehensive analysis on the offensive and defensive techniques and tactics of Chinese team in the twenty-eighth Asian Men's Basketball Championship.Besides,the study concludes the overall predominance of Chinese team inside and outside the stadium.There are internal and external causes for the success of Chinese team in the twenty-eighth Asian Men's Basketball Championship.The main findings are as follows:Firstly: internal causes(predominance inside the stadium).Through video observation and mathematical statistics towards Chinese team in the nine matches,the author of the thesis finds that Chinese team outperforms the opponent in the offensive and defensive performance.Besides,there are some factors inside the stadium that contribute to the success such as the guide from the coach,the arrangement of tactics,the execution and concentration of players,the key players' rhythm control of the match and the strategies for the special balls.With regard to the offensive performance,the team performs well in the shot,foul lane and three-point line.Faced with the strong defensive pressure,the team can still attack precisely and the secondary attack is better than any other teams.In terms of defensive performance,the team defenses actively and reduces the opponent's hit rate while increases their own hit rate.In addition,the team has the best performance in defending the backboard and block shot.The predominance in the offensive and defensive greatly contributes to the success of the match.Secondly: external causes(predominance outside the stadium).The Basketball Association endows the coach with enough right to select players,carry out reforms and formulate strict incentive policies.Gong Luming,the coach,has enough right in the selection of players,the warm up match and the final match,which is the decisive factor of the team's success outside the stadium.Chinese team is blessed with good timing,geographical convenience and good human relations.Besides,Chinese team makes full use of internal and external factors,environmental factors in the matches.Finally,guided by Gong Luming,Chinese team ranks first in Asia featured by small,fast and flexible.
