Twenty-first century is an era which calls for the quality of education.Curriculum is the medium to realize the purpose of education.As the core of the quality of education,the curriculum quality should be regard as the important assurance.This study uses the purposeful sampling and takes the kindergarten T which has a higher educational quality in Nanjing as the object of study,using the way of field research,taking part in the various activities of the Kindergarten T.Through the observation records and interviews,we deeply understand the curriculum quality assurance system of kindergarten T.The basic information of kindergarten T curriculum is as follows:the curriculum of Kindergarten T is mainly based on the theme activities and the field activities are supplemented.Life activities and game activities go throughout the whole activity and the game activities mainly include regional activities and creative games.The researchers introduce in detail the implement processes of various activities of the Kindergarten T to show how the Kindergarten T to assure the curriculum quality.The principal part of curriculum quality assurance of Kindergarten T includes the principal,the deputy principal,teaching department,grade group,classroom teacher.The principal mainly plans and leads the curriculum implementation,curriculum construction of system and culture,organization establishment,selection and training of teachers,etc.The deputy principal is in charge of assisting,guiding and supervising the whole process of the curriculum implementation.The teaching department is responsible for the work related to the teaching,the researching and teacher training.The grade group is responsible for the planning and implementation of each stage of the specific activities.The classroom teacher specifically plans and implements all kinds of class activities.Here are some main assurance ways of curriculum quality of Kindergarten T.First,the kindergarten regards the needs of curriculum development as starting point,establishing flexibly the agencies with various functions.Second,the kindergarten adheres to the idea that everyone is a participant of curriculum,establishing an open and fresh curricular culture.Third,the kindergarten takes the problem-solving as guidance,participating multiply and effectively leading the curriculum deliberation system of curriculum development.Fourth,the kindergarten has rich management experience and curriculum resources to develop.Finally,the researcher concluded the curriculum quality assurance system of kindergarten T with the "input-process-output" model,providing the methods and ides for the establishment of curriculum quality assurance system of other kindergartens.For example,establish a complete curriculum assurance organization;implement the targeted teacher training;focus on the construction of curriculum culture;improve the various aspects of the curriculum implementation;pay attention to the logistics.
