Full-time Ordinary Senior Middle School Mathematics Teaching curriculum Standard (Experiment)mentions that the form of the mathematics homework should be diverse and the evaluation should be of diversification, which provides a theoretical direction for this paper. I am teaching in a school with an unpleasant enrollment of students condition, in order to improve classroom teaching efficiency,it is important to conduct a research on the homework, which makes this paper become purposeful and necessary.Through this study, it will be benefit for enhancing the efficiency of using the homework. The research will be helpful for breaking through the old design and the patterns of homework utilization to promote the high school mathematics homework have personalized design and being used in a scientific and diversity way and teachers can design and use homework according to the characteristics of the students and concerning about the thinking participation, pay more attention to the experience of the subjects to achieve integrated development and enhance the purpose of mathematical literacy. On the other hand, this paper will get the attention from the research community research on high school mathematics personalized design and utilization.This paper adopts literature analysis, questionnaire survey, interview and stage performance analysis. After the analyzes of the domestic literature and based on the theory of Neighborhood Development Area and Multiple Intelligence Theory,which provides a theoretical basis for the research of this paper. The questionnaire survey of students helps us to understand the current status of homework and students' ideas of the homework. Through the interviews with teachers, let us understand the situation with various aspects of the homework. And then we get the idea that the individuality and efficiency of various aspects of the homework need to pay more attention to enhance the teachers' homework concept.The research conclusions are obtained as follows:1 The principles for the effective and personalized design and utilization of high school mathematics homework that is the homework should be of target,participation, suitability and cognition.2 Effective design strategies for high school mathematics personalized homework. First, focus on the consolidation and extension. Second, focus on rationality and diversity. In addition, the strategies for utilization are as below: First,seize the opportunity to set the homework with strict requirements. Second, pay attention to the methods of modifying the homework and its efficiency. Third, pay attention to the process of evaluation of homework and be results-oriented.Moreover, pay attention to the methods of the comments on homework, try to make it possible to reflect the thinking value. Finally, homework correction should focus on efficiency and, reflect the attribution.3 High school mathematics personalized mode of homework can be divided as the fixed homework and elective work.4 Through a semester of teaching experiments, the practical research results of the personalized and effective design and utilization of high school mathematics homework are as follows:(1) can stimulate students interest in learning mathematics and change the attitude of students to learn mathematics.(2)can promote students' autonomous learning.(3) can change the mathematics learning situation of poor students.(4)help to improve students' performance.
