Speed ??skating To The Study Of Motor Skills Migration In Racing Skating

In the International Olympic Committee plenary session held by Kuala Lumpur,China successfully won the host right of the 2022 Olympic Games,opening a new page for development of ice movement.In order to make Beijing Olympic Games a wonderful,extraordinary,excellent Olympic event,under the call of "300 million people on the ice and snow" proposed by the General Secretary Xi,China began to vigorously promote the development of ice and snow sports," South exhibition of north ice " strategy once again raised the height," Rotation ice " plan came into being.There will be a large number of excellent athletes turned to the race skating in the booming development of speed roller skating,which will greatly ease the shortage of racing skating reserve talents,so as to solve the plight of ice sports by geographical limitations.From the speed roller skating to race skating,the equipment,venues,rules,or the requirements of physical fitness and training methods and means have changed,how can we achieve the seamless docking of competitive ability?This research studys the skill transfer of speed roller skating to race skating,based on literature review,comparative analysis,expert interviews,experimental tests and some other methods.The similarity analysis is carried out from the aspects of project characteristics,athletic ability and training characteristics in speed roller skating and racing skating,based on the domestic and foreign success cases,the similarities and differences between the projects are found out.Through the comparative analysis,the conclusion is that there is high similarity in the energy and muscle mechanics characteristics between speed roller skating and racing skating;the game type and competition rules share high similarity;competitive ability requirements are basically the same;in physical fitness,psychology,intelligence and tactical aspects the two games have high similarity;the training cycle and training methods are basically the same.All the above aspects can produce a positive transfer of skills.However,there are still differences in the skills,mainly reflected in the lower limb bending angle,the angle between trunk and horizontal,pedal(ice)angle,swing arm amplitude and methods,the body tilt angle at corners,etc.,so big differences still exist in the technical details,we should pay more attention in the training after the transfer,or it is prone to occur negative transfer.The study believes,when speed roller skaters turn to race skating,the transfer effect of sports skills will directly affect the learning of new skills,and play a significant role on the success of the transition.The transition of sports skills can have a positive impact as well as negative migration phenomenon,it can be described as adouble-edged sword,we should envisage its dual character.Therefore,we should study the law of skills transfer from the view of science,grasp the law,increase the effect of positive migration,and effectively avoid the occurrence of negative transfer.Through this study,I hope it can provide some help to majority of physical education teachers and coaches in the teaching and training.
