Since May 2004,the ministry of education held a "China's rural left-behind children problem discussion forum" has been more than ten years,problem of rural left-behind children has become the social from all walks of life more and more attention and research scholars groups.According to the psychoanalytic theory of childhood trauma experience on mental health and personality influence his whole life.High school is a key in the development of students' life and special stage,at this point it is their psychological and physiological maturity gradually,stable personality,outlook on life and world outlook formation of the critical period.High school students with left-behind experience their personality and mental health status,whether there is any difference between them and not to stay? On the other hand,studies have found that physical exercise for mental health has improved.But previous studies have focused on the negative aspects,not enough attention on the positive side.Therefore,this study focuses on physical exercise and high school left-behind children positive psychology relations were discussed.This paper uses survey method and selects "adolescent subjective well-being scale","Eysenck personality questionnaire adult version " and "high school students basic information form" of Guizhou province is the first national Liping fourth middle school and high school,Congjiang county 450 high school students of three middle schools in the first national middle school survey,using correlation analysis methods to analyze the data processing,and the result shows:1.High school exercise and the exercise group of left-behind children in subjective well-being friendship satisfaction,satisfaction with the school,school satisfaction,overall satisfaction,positive affection and negative affection dimension scores on all exist significant difference;Personality traits,both internal and external to qualitative dimension scores on the exercise group and spirit with the exercise groups had significant difference.2.High school left-behind children subjective well-being in different exercise intensity,time and frequency exists significant difference,exercise intensity,time and frequency and subjective well-being levels were positively correlated.Exercise time and frequency of subjective well-being has certain prediction effect.3.High school left-behind children personality in different exercise intensity,time and frequency exists significant difference,exercise intensity,time and frequency,and to the spirit and quality was significantly positively related to both internal and external,neuroticism and negatively correlated with exercise intensity,time and frequency.Exercise intensity and time and psychoticism of personality inside and outside to have certain prediction effect.Conclusion:physical exercise for high school left-behind children subjective well-being and personality have a positive impact.
