With the rapid development of China's economy and the deepening of institutional reform.China has entered into the accelerated period of social transformation.and the employees at all levels have become one of the mainstay of modern enterprises.Work pressure.interpersonal difficulties.poor working environment.the existence of these problems.seriously affected the development of enterprises.but also to the staff brought a lot of problems.Making the employees face a huge competitive pressure.a variety of heart and body problems continue to emerge.In particular.oilfield enterprises.because the oil field business is more special working environment and working system.making such problems are particularly prominent.From these aspects.the good mental health of employees will improve the efficiency and enthusiasm of employees.corporate social work in these areas have an irreplaceable role.Through professional means of intervention.to protect the legitimate rights and interests of employees.to ease the psychological staff.to provide services and spiritual benefits and other aspects of services.This paper is based on the problems highlighted by the development of X oilfield enterprises in recent years.such as the change of labor relations.the increase of staff demand.the alienation among employees.the neglect of employees' psychological problems.This study can improve the social work of the enterprise and the company management model.To open up a new path and approach to enhance the increasingly important social work profession persuasion.and improve the social work industry effective for enterprises to provide services.but also expand the space of corporate social work.social development work to solve business problems.Social work talent pool provides an opportunity.This paper focuses on the construction of psychological support network as the main research direction.through the system construction to strengthen the social work in the enterprise functions.
