Analysis Of The Investment Value Of China's Sports Industry

October 2014,the State Council issued a number of opinions on strengthening the development of sports industry to promote sports consumption,further clarified the status of sports industry,sports industry is seen as an important direction for China's economic transformation and upgrading.And with the capital market improvement and development,the sports industry to the main business of the company listed transactions,attracted the attention of many investors.Guirenniao is China's famous sports shoes and apparel manufacturing enterprises,in 2014 landing Shanghai Stock Exchange,is the sports industry on behalf of enterprises.This paper analyzes the investment value of the bird company by means of scientific method,and analyzes the investment value of the whole Chinese sports industry.The first chapter introduces the research background and significance.The second chapter introduces the domestic and foreign related literatures of sports industry and enterprise investment value evaluation.The third chapter analyzes the concept of sports industry,the classification of sports industry,and the development of sports industry in developed countries of China and the world.The fourth chapter analyzes the financial situation and operating status of the Guirenniao company from the micro perspective.In the fifth chapter,we use the dividend discount model to estimate the value of the company stock and compare it with the market value.With the economic development,people's living standards continue to improve,increasing consumer demand for sports,green features make the sports industry has great potential for development and investment value.
