Investigation And Countermeasures On The Status Quo Of The Construction Of Teachers In The Colleges And Universities Of Qingdao Citizens

Under the background of the comprehensive reform of higher education,Qingdao' s private higher education has flourished and become one of the important forces to the development of higher education.Teachers are the main body of the development of private colleges,whose quality not only threaten the qualities of running private colleges,but also influence the long-term development of private colleges.Therefore,the construction of teachers is of great importance to the healthy development of private colleges.However,on the current development of private colleges in Qingdao,the problems of teachers are more prominent,which affects the long-term development of Qingdao' s private colleges.This paper takes some teachers of four representative private colleges in Qingdao as the main object of investigation and makes an in-depth and systematic investigation on the current situation of the construction of teachers in universities.Based on the survey data,analyze and summarize the main problem existing in the teachers' construction,such as the structures of teachers' age,education,title,research consciousness,research ability,training opportunities,stability and so on.On the basis of this,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the construction of teachers' team in private colleges in Qingdao,and discussed the advanced experience of the construction of the teachers in some provinces and municipalities of our country,puts forward the corresponding constructive countermeasures for the problems existing in the construction of teachers' colleges in Qingdao' s private colleges,that is,optimize the external environment of the construction of teachers,improve the internal management system of teachers' organizations,strengthen teachers' self-management and the quality of teachers,so as to provide a reference for Qingdao private colleges by establishing a high-quality and reasonable teacher's structure,and thus promote Qingdao' s private education sustained,healthy and stable development.
