Case Study Involved In The Practical Study Of The Employment Of Retired Soldiers

As the number of retired soldiers in our country increases gradually each year,the retired soldiers will face the dilemma of employment when they come from the army.At the national level,the department of veterans affairs has been established in response to calls from retired soldiers.The employment problem of retired soldiers has also been taken seriously by all sectors of society,which provides good external conditions for the study of this paper.In this paper,we mainly use case social work to intervene in the employment of retired soldiers.The research methods used are literature,case interview and action research.Case study part,mainly from a retired soldier ryu forces back to the local employment problems,for example,on the basis of the theory of social support,edge Angle,by understanding director family,to establish a professional relationship;Provide support and listen patiently;Change cognition and improve family relations;Participate in volunteer service and integrate into the community;Mobilization of autonomy,integration of resources re-employment;A total of eight cases were conducted to solve the employment problem of liu,a retired soldier.The social worker promoted the employment ability of the ex-soldiers through the interview with liu,and achieved better results at a time.Evaluation and reflection part,case work in former soldiers application effect evaluation,social work through the interview,the director of the self evaluation,social worker self evaluation,the evaluation of the target to improve employment situation,social work services satisfaction evaluation.There are still some shortcomings in the process of getting involved in the employment of ex-soldier liu,and there are some areas to be improved in the case work interview.Finally,based on the research of this paper,the author puts forward some Suggestions on the employment of retired soldiers in the case of case work :(1)to construct social workers' service atmosphere in the employment of retired soldiers;(2)to establish full-time social workers for the employment of retired soldiers;(3)promote the government to purchase social services to promote the employment of ex-soldiers.
