The large scale of college graduates that have been increasing year by year has brought tremendous pressure on the job market.Therefore,the difficulty of employment for Chinese college students is still very serious.Career choice is a crucial step that every university graduates must take toward society.Professional identity is the critical factor which affects college students' professional ability and career choice,should be paid more and more researchers' attention.This paper mainly uses the method combines theoretical analysis and empirical research,to explore the impact of college students' social support and professional identity on career decision-making difficulties.Used the Social Support Rating Scale,College Students Professional Identity Questionnaire College Students' Career Decision Difficulty Scale,selected 693 students from multiple universities across the country were randomly selected to submit paper questionnaires and questionnaire star platform distribution network questionnaire,used SPSS24.0 statistical software for data processing.The result shows that:(1)college students' career decision-making difficulties on the middle level;(2)college students' career decision-making difficulties showed significant differences in grades and internship experience.But it has no significant differences in gender,origin and professional;(3)college students' career decision-making difficulties correlate positively with the social support and professional identity;(4)The professional identity plays a partial mediator between the relation of social support and career decision making difficulties.Based on the survey results and puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures for promote college students' career decision-making ability from social support and professional identity and college students' career planning education.
