is one of the key content.The State Council has introduced a policy specifically for football for two consecutive years to promote the development of football in China.The introduction of the policy,stressed the need to vigorously develop social football,which amateur football development also played a very effective policy guarantee.Xi’an as the starting point of the ancient Silk Road,the country now "all the way" strategic planning line in the hub city,has a very strong football atmosphere and extensive mass base,historical civilization and modern sports integration,which is beyond the other places of.Therefore,this article uses the literature data method,comparative research method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method and mathematical statistics method.The private amateur football tournament in Xi’an is taken as the research object,and the atmosphere of event formation and the present situation of tournament are discussed in depth.During the visit to investigate the sports and related departments of the staff,directly involved in folk amateur football tournament enthusiasts and the research involved in the theoretical experts,intended to find the impact of private amateur football in Xi’an area development factors.Accordingly,the relevant proposals,in order to promote the local amateur football level to a higher level of development,but also to create a Xi’an city card to provide theoretical reference.The main conclusions of this paper are:1.Xi’an folk amateur football tournament is carried out in the Xi’an are,under certain rules,in the form of football games,with entertainment,leisure,both a certain competitive activities,is the beginning of the last century,And gradually develop and grow up.2.Xi’an in the "professional football relatively strong football atmosphere.And thus laid a good social foundation for the rise and development of the private amateur football tournament in Xi’an.3.(1)Xi’an folk amateur football team private amateur football in Xi’an,we find the problem:(1)the work of the relevant departments of sports is not in place;(2)less site resources and uneven distribution;(3)the quality of private amateur improve the environment for optimizing the facility;(3)to urge the players to enhance themselves,improve the quality of amateur football;(4)to strengthen the awareness of safety and security,to develop safe and civilized behavior;(5)to enhance the brand impact of the event,to create well-known event brand;(6)to promote the construction of soccer social organizations,training self-management ability;(7)to strengthen the construction of amateur football system,strengthen the organization according to law autonomy;(8)to speed up the spread of amateur football culture,the formation of the ancient city of football characteristics;(9)relying on the advantages of a way along the way,the prosperity of private amateur football development;(10)the effective integration of national strategy,the implementation of healthy development in Xi’an. |
