Research On The Cultivation Of College Students' Innovation And Entrepreneurship Spirit

From the perspective of socialist modernization construction and the height of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,and from the perspective of concern about student's growth,the Party Central and State Council value students' innovative undertaking education.In 2010,in about vigorously promote the innovation in institutions of higher learning entrepreneurship education and college students'self-employment work opinion,the Ministry of Education pointed out that entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities to carry out innovation,actively encourage college students self-employment.In 2015,the Office of the State Council also issued the deepening the reform of the institutions of higher learning innovation entrepreneurship education implementation opinion,which is clear about the requirements of innovative entrepreneurship education in college.The report offered to do a good job in the people's satisfactory education,realized the requirements of the higher education connotation development for college students'innovative entrepreneurial spirit cultivation,clarified the development direction,provides an important guidance.The thesis is divided into three parts.The first part focuses on the theory of the college students' innovative entrepreneurial spirit cultivation,and the distinction between the creation and innovation,the similarities and differences between employment and entrepreneurship,the definition of innovation entrepreneurship for college students and the analysis the characteristics of the college students' innovative entrepreneurial spirit cultivation.From the perspective of man's all-round development and marxism productive force theory,the thesis demonstrates the rationality of college students' innovative entrepreneurial spirit cultivation,illustrates the significance of college students' innovative entrepreneurial spirit cultivation.The second part about the present situation of college students' innovative entrepreneurial spirit cultivation at home and abroad,in affirming the achievements of college students' innovative entrepreneurial spirit cultivation,which is based on the analysis of the college students' innovative entrepreneurial spirit cultivation in cultivating environment,cultivation system,cultivation method,the problems existing in the training mechanism,etc.The third part is to promote the innovation and entrepreneurship of contemporary college students.In view of the current problems of college students' innovative entrepreneurial spirit cultivation,the thesis puts forward to countermeasures and suggestions to build a good ecological environment,construct the comprehensive training system,build "Trinity" cultivating method,establishes efficient mechanism of cultivation,etc.This research aims to cultivate college students' innovative entrepreneurial spirit,inspire college students' innovative entrepreneurial zeal,and promote deepening reform of higher education,enrich the content of ideological and political education,and improve the comprehensive quality of college students,develop "innovative"national construction in our country.
