After detecting the fall, the speaker sounds to get the attention and help from around people, and it sends messages by GSM module and mails using SMTP protocol to the guardians and the community management staffs simultaneously.The system also implement the server of the real-time monitoring. It maily implements the conversion from the RGB format data captured by kinect to the YUV420 format data, compresses the data based on the H.264 compression coding standard, controls the transmission by the RTSP protocol, packages the encoded data based on the RTP protocol and sends the packages to the aodianyun’s server by the publishing address.
