Design And Implementation Of Web-based College Student Financial Aid Information Management Platform

At present, the state of the family economic difficulties of the students is continue to increase funding, the number of students is also increasing, University (take College of Information Business of ZhongYuan University of Technology as an example) has no corresponding support platform, various indicators of the evaluation of poverty need to be manually entered in paper form. Poor students are busy with their own learning while also running back and forth to submit a variety of materials and this has caused a lot of inconvenience to the students and teachers. The development of students' aid financially information management platform will be free from the tedious, disorderly and low side work. The school management and the control of information are overall efficacious so that management tends to improve. In addition, the platform can make the students in the rooms or other places where have computers can perfect and submit a variety of materials required, so that students will be more energy on learning.In this paper, it designs and realizes the financial aid information management platform of the college students, and with the help of UML language including use case diagram, class diagram and sequence diagram it also describes the requirements, design and implementation of the student financial aid information management platform. Firstly, we should get the needs of the students who assist information management platform, analysis determination of the needy students, part-time, wage reporting, charity, FAQ, the process of answering question and put up the information, then through the UML to analysis platform of each character case. Struts2, Spring, Ibatis and other technologies are introduced in the process of design. Select the SSI framework as a platform for the technical architecture, the design of Web based student information management platform. MySQL database management platform is used to design the database of the students to support information management platform, and it gives the structure of the E-R model of the functional modules and various of data. The design of the functional modules of the platform are depend on three classes which are the students' entity class, the students' question and answer table entity class, the administrator entity class, classes and methods to implement the functional modules, and visual description to the design of the time sequence diagram. Finally, we realize the function of the whole platform and carry out the function test.The platform has been particularly used in the University (take College of Information Business of ZhongYuan University of Technology as an example), the current test gose on well, it supports five types of user to access with a strong operational. The development of this platform is very important to promote the financial aid information and intelligent management of the college students.
