Ltd as an example, combined with the practical experience of intellectual property management and information technology, from the perspective of information management of scientific and technological achievements, to build scientific and technological achievements management information system, improve research and analysis method of management efficiency of scientific and technological achievements.This paper expounds the present situation of enterprise management of scientific and technological achievements and common problems, a detailed description of the data and information of scientific and technological achievements to conduct a comprehensive and timely collection of information through the management of storage, method and basis for the use of scientific and technological achievements, the application of scientific and technological achievements, achievements and results of change processing query statistics to provide reliable data services. To create a network as a link, the information system for the business center of the new model, to achieve the centralized and dynamic supervision of scientific and technological achievements.This paper introduces the background and significance of the project management system of science and Technology Co., Ltd. In the business analysis, this paper analyzes the process of business management of scientific and technological achievements, existing problems of the organization and business, the restructuring and reengineering of the original process using the principle and method of software engineering, business process reengineering is given in figure; function analysis, by modeling the case and function, a detailed description of the system function that gives the use case diagram and use case description, function package diagram and functional diagram, including the results of the registration management package diagram. In the analysis of data, the paper analyses the data needed to realize each function, and gives the entity relationship diagram, and establishes the basic structure of the table.
