| Zhong Jing,written by Ma Rong and noted by Zheng Xuan in East Han. It’s a book that expounds ancient Chinese loyal ideas, however, there were no any records about the book in any official or private works of bibliography until Early Song. Some people became to wonder whether it is a pseudograph and when it was written in Late Ming, but scientific conclusions about its problems haven’t been got in a long history. Nowadays, most of research focus on the book’s modern social value and interpreting of its content,few scholars study its accomplished time, ancient versions and division in ancient bibliography. On the basis of other scholar’s research, this paper aims to confirm in what historical period it had been written, by the way, the wrong academic points of views will be corrected. And also discussing the related problems of Zhong Jing,This paper can be divided into two parts:When the Zhong Jing accomplished is studied in the first part, so far, there aren’t definite conclusions about this problem, scholars couldn’t make sure the book was accomplished in East Han, Tang or Song, the discussion concentrate on Tang and Song, It’s possible the writer of Zhong Jing is Ma Rong of East Han, Ma Rong of Tang or Hai Peng. Through further analysis and research of all kinds of data, the book should be accomplished in Early Song.In the second part, the paper aims to study the book’s ancient versions, bibliography division, value and other academic problems. The question of Zhong Jing’ s ancient versions is very complex, its earliest extant version was published in the late South Song, then this book had a large number of published in Ming and Qing. Introducing all kinds of version of this book could make its spreading clear. As a famous ancient book, Zhong Jing has a high position in the history of ideas, however, lots of research focus on its modern social worth, then studying its value of ideas--history and the science of historical data is very necessary, this studying work will make people have a comprehensive understanding of Zhong Jing and be useful for further research. |
