| Millimeter wave technology has been widely taken advantage in the field of satellite communication,guidance,navigation with the rapid development of modern communication technology.Millimeter wave power amplifier has an irreplaceable position in the millimeter wave communication system,whose performance directly affects the performance of the entire system.,The linearity of power amplifier will produce a sharp deterioration when it’s power gradually tends to saturation which will result in serious nonlinear distortion and cause serious impact on the quality of the signal transmission of the whole commication system.This paper aims to solve these problems by analog predistortion technology and the detailed process as follows:On the basis of the Schottky diodes and reflective pre distorter,a novel pre developed suitable for millimeter wave band power amplifier distortion linearizer is simulated by a series of optimization of the passive part.The simulation results show that the predistorer can provide 13.5dB gain amplitude expansion and 80° gain phase expansion.Two types of two-way predistorter are developed on the basis of the principle of vector superposition,which are two-way series predistorter and two-way serial parallel predistorter.In the frequency range of 29.5-31.3GHz,the three order intermodulation of millimeter wave power amplifier is improved 9dB in 3dB OPBO by the two-way serial parallel predistorter and 10dB by the two-way series predistorter.The two predistortion schemes proposed in this paper are of great significance to the further development of millimeter wave communication system. |
