Research And Analysis On The Reward Performance Management System Of Basic Education In Guanshan Lake District

According to the related spirit of the State Council the compulsory education school implemented performance salary from January 1,2009. It has been for seven years. Various places introduced many specific performance evaluation schemes after the implementation of performance pay. It has played an important role in the management of compulsory education schools, motivating Teachers’ professional development and improving the level of education and teaching. But from the perspective of the administrative department of Education the traditional performance appraisal work covers a wide range, huge data, complex program and inefficiency. Combined with big data development strategy being vigorously implemented in Guizhou Province, Guiyang city, in order to improve work efficiency, make the evaluation process more fair and open, implement the "Internet plus education" model, combine the modern information technology and traditional working mode, performance appraisal system development of compulsory education schools and teachers will be oriented of great significance.In this paper, from the perspective of the Guizhou Provincial Education Department, after the analysis of the problems existing in the process of the performance evaluation carried out among the basic education teachers had been completed, which could be the project background, the significance of the project research had been elaborated. The uniform process of the performance evaluation in the system had been put forward after the present process of the performance evaluation in many primary and middle schools in Guizhou Province had been optimized, and the function of the system had been analyzed. Based on the requirement analysis, the design of the function structure such as system management, assessment index, template management, assessment plan management and performance assessment management had been completed. On the basis of functional design, the design idea of assessment index was further defined. Using the entity class, the conceptual structure of the system database had been completed. According to the concept structure, the data tables had been designed.
