In the practical application of electromagnetic engineering problems, often involves multi-layer thin dielectric electromagnetic scattering problem. For thin dielectric structures, when the thickness of the dielectric sheet is small relative to the dielectric wavelength, the classical integral class method in the calculation of electromagnetism, such as the volume integral equation method,is unknown and the iteration is difficult to converge. In this thesis,a time-domain integral equation method for thin dielectric sheet(TD-TDS)can effectively solve the above problems.Firstly,a time-domain integral equation method for thin dielectric sheet is proposed in this thesis. The method is based on the time-domain volume integral equation, which can be transformed into the time-domain surface integral equation by appropriate approximation, which greatly reduces the unknown quantity. For the sake of better application,we extend the TD-TDS to the multi-layer structure.Secondly,a time-domain integral equation method for dispersive thin dielectric sheet is proposed in this thesis to analyze the transient electromagnetic properties of the thin-layer dispersion medium. In this method, the time-domain integral equation of the thin dielectric sheet is constructed by means of the volume equivalent source. And the time-domain recursive convolution method is used to construct the relationship between the electric field intensity and the electric flux density. At last, the volume polarization current is obtained from the electric flux density. Finally, the influence factors of the conductivity of graphene are analyzed. The effect of bias voltage on the conductivity of graphene is observed. The influence of the physical size and graphene conductivity of graphene patch on its transient electromagnetic scattering are analyzed by using the time-domain integral equation method of thin dielectric sheet.
