| Servo loading system is an important testing device,which is mainly used for the simulation of servo system’s real load in the actual operation,and it is commonly used in defence,aerospace and military industries.In this paper,a loading simulator was developed based on the servo system of an institute in Shanghai.With regard to the software and hardware design and the alrorithm of torque control in the system,the main work of this paper is as follows:First of all,according to the design requirements,the overall scheme is designed,including software design and hardware design.Secondly,the software and hardware of loading simulator are designed.The hardware design includes the selection of motors and drivers and so on,and the load simulator controller is designed,which includes the DSP minimum system,signal acquisition module,communication module and so on.In order to improve the control effect,for one thing,the TMS320F28335 DSP is selected as core controller,for another,the high precision devices are selected.The software design includes PC software and DSP’s program.The PC software is programmed in Visual C++,which can finish the information analysis and display.And the DSP’s program is programmed in C language,which includes the system initialization and the design of control algorithm.Then,the production of hardware board,the assembly of devices and the debugging of software and hardware are finished.And the debugging results can meet the requirement of the practiacl application.Finally,new load control method is reseached in simulation,the active disturbance rejection controller is designed,and it achieves a better performance in simulation.It will be verified in engineering applications in the future. |
