Wireless sensor network has powerful processing function in the aspects of information collection,detection and so on,has the best solving ability in solving complex problems,but its nodes have limited energy,the routing state changing,communication is susceptible to interference and failure probability characteristics,how to effectively diagnose the faults has become a key problem in the application of wireless sensor network.Based on node fault diagnosis algorithm of spatial characteristics on the introduction of immune mechanism has the advantages of memory recognition and learning ability of the fault detection and diagnosis,based on the biological immune system theory,bionics and artificial immune system,with advantages of immune mechanism of learning and memory,real-time optimization the fault database,this paper focuses on the node failure to carry out fault diagnosis work,put forward the node immune fault diagnosis algorithm based on the spatial characteristics(Node immune fault diagnosis algorithm NIFD algorithm),which provides a new method for fault diagnosis of wireless sensor network node.The main research work is as follows:1.through the system of wireless sensor network theories,analysis of the immune mechanism of artificial immune system,establishes the mapping relationship between artificial immune mechanism and wireless sensor network fault diagnosis based on artificial immune memory mechanism,learning the advantages of the number of nodes according to the fault database optimization.2.based on node diagnosis model,through the research on the spatial correlation of nodes,based on the spatial characteristics of the node fault diagnosis algorithm,reliable monitoring of network node failures,in order to improve the detection accuracy,the introduction of knowledge and memory characteristics don’t immune mechanism of fault types,an immune fault diagnosis model.3.based on the analysis of the immune mechanism in the model,the NIFD algorithm is proposed to realize the effective diagnosis of the fault nodes in the monitoring area.Through the simulation,analysis of the algorithm in the fault node diagnosis accuracy,false alarm rate,the diagnosis accuracy and the probability of false alarm and performance simulation,realized the detection and diagnosis of fault effectively and distinguish fault types,improve the accuracy of diagnosis.The established fault diagnosis model can meet the requirements of node fault detection and diagnosis,and realize the reliability diagnosis of the fault.This paper will be based on the spatial characteristics of the inmmune diagnosis node algorithm theory is applied to the detection and diagnosis of nodes in wireless sensor network,the simulation results show that the algorithm has good performance in detection and diagnosis of node failure problem,provide a reference for the solution of wireless sensor network node fault diagnosis.
