Design And Implementation Of A Rural (village Level) Major Event Process Supervision System

With the rapid development of information technology today,the computer information technology is used for auxiliary management in more and more areas of China’s rural areas,which is rural informatization.The system is used for the process supervision of the rural(village-level)major matters as an important part of village-level management in the field of rural information.This paper analyzes the application background and development significance of the process supervision platform for the major rural(village-level)matters.Also,tools and techniques needed for system development as well as the whole process of the system from demand analysis to software testing are discussed.The system includes the module for management of major village-level matters,the module of basic data module and the module of system management.The so-called major village-level matters include the village collective assets,the use of poverty alleviation funds,the construction of rural public welfare undertakings,rural land expropriation,foreign investment,open village affairs,village regulations and so on,all which are included in the decision-making areas.Process means that after villagers’ democratic resolution,branch committee members’ resolution and two committee meetings’ resolution,the new matter is submitted to the town level departments for approval and finally the decision on the matter is open to the masses for mutual supervision and mass supervision.Based on the WEB browser,the system uses the browser/server mode(Browser/Server mode,that is,B/S structure).In the program development,JSP and JAVA are used as the technology development language,the enterprise-class work platform Myeclipse6.5 is used as a system development platform,and MYSQL5.0 is used as a backstage database for data storage.In addition,TOMCAT 6.0 is applied to system release,and JDK1.6 is installed in the win7 system to run and debug the environment.Through the system,the whole process of village-level matters from establishment of new matters to publicity of decision-making is achieved,which solves the complexity of the work process from a village level to a town level and thus greatly enhances the effectiveness of rural grassroots’ work.
