Design And Implementation Of Primary And Secondary Education Resource Prototype System Based On Intelligent Personalized Recommendation

With the rapid development of the Internet,hundreds of millions of online educational resources are booming.In the huge and complicated teaching information space,it is vitally necessary to help the majority of primary and secondary school teachers and students to find interesting educational resources and save the learning time.Personalized recommendation technology is widely used in e-commerce,but it was less applied to basic education,especially in primary and secondary school period.The recommendation algorithm based on content and collaborative filtering has obvious advantages but there are still some problems when it is applied to educational resource recommendation system.(1)The efficiency and quality of the recommendation system is not high at the initial stage.The cold start of the system includes the cold start of users and the cold start of resources.(2)There are some problems with new users cold start recommendation.Personalized recommendation algorithm is the key technique in Recommendation System.It recommends potential interest resources to primary and secondary school users mainly relying on the personal information of the teachers and students including searching records,log tracking,browsing records,click feedback and other records and by the use of data mining techniques,such as content recommendation algorithm,collaborative filtering recommendation algorithm,and hybrid recommendation algorithm.However,the system can not recommend resources because new users of the system didn’t have system history information.When the new user is registered,the user can use the interest tag,and then the system recommends the relevant resource according to user’s interest tag.(3)The convergence speed of the traditional algorithm is slow.The recommendation algorithm based on collaborative filtering has obvious advantages in all personalized recommendation algorithms,but it also has some problems when it is applied to educational resource recommendation.This paper analyzes the background,significance and current situation of research of personalized education resource recommendation system,then puts forward the demand for improvement against the existing problems.Based on content recommendation and collaborative filtering recommendation algorithm,a hybrid recommendation algorithm is proposed which can improve the efficiency of the traditional recommendation algorithm.Finally,through a comparison between the improved hybrid recommendation system and the traditional recommendation system,it is proved that the improved hybrid recommendation algorithm has more advantages in personalized intelligent educational resources recommendation system.
