In actual industrial production process,there are many multivariable coupling system with time-delay and these large lag systems have brought a lot of troubles to industrial production.It is difficult to achieve desired control effect in these systems which even have safety problems.With the improvement of the requirement of industrial control,and the complex system formed by the multi input and multi output variables,the control method is put forward.Therefore,it is one of the hot topics in the field of industrial control to put forward effective and stable control methods for complex control objects.According to the process flow of catalyst production and heating principle of rotary roasting furnace in actual project production.designed a control system for rotary furnace based on S7-300PLC,realizing the automation of the whole production process.And the configuration of human-machine interface,realizing the visualization of the whole process control.The traditional PID control method is used to realize the automatic control of temperature and pressure in the rotary furnace.According to the actual project experience,the system temperature hysteresis characteristic is analyzed.The common control algorithm PID and Smith predictive control are analyzed and deduced,and the Smith predictive control is improved and the inference is carried out.The fuzzy control is combined with PID and internal model control,the relevant theoretical equations are derived,and the improved Fuzzy-PID control algorithm is designed.According to the control algorithm,the design of the relevant controller is designed.The PID controller,Fuzzy-PID controller and the improved Fuzzy-PID controller are simulated by MATLAB respectively to obtain the output response curve under unit step.The simulation results show that the improved Fuzzy-PID control algorithm can obtain satisfactory control effect in both the dynamic and static characteristics of the system.
