With the development of information technology,intelligent terminals are becoming more and more popular,and the data flow of mobile network has been growing explosively.It is urgent for the next generation wireless communication technology,5G,to meet the needs of users.In order to adapt to the increasingly intense wireless spectrum resources,how to increase the capacity of the communication system,how to improve the user experience,how to improve the utilization of spectrum resources has become the key point of the current research.As the key technology of 5G,D2D(Device to Device)communication technology has many advantages,such as improving the communication performance of the system,improving the user experience,expanding the cellular communication and so on.But at the same time,D2D communication brings convenience,but also brings interference,resource allocation and other issues.Cognitive radio can interact with the external environment,can change the spectrum resources of intelligent perception of the surrounding environment,so as to choose the most suitable communication frequency for cognitive radio users,spectrum with the primary users sharing.So these two kinds of communication technology,D2D communication technology and cognitive radio technology are regarded as key technology for the treatment of the current network communication bottleneck,cognitive radio technology and D2D communication combination,can effectively solve the bottleneck problems in the process of communication.This paper first introduces the 5G wireless communication technology in the next generation,then over to 5G the key technology of D2D communication technology,and several aspects from the D2D communication model,D2D communication challenges are introduced in detail on D2D communication technology.Then it introduces the key technologies of cognitive radio and cognitive radio.The third chapter is aimed at the problem of low utilization rate of user resources and guarantee the quality of service.In this paper,a distributed D2D power allocation method is proposed,which is based on the wireless network and the cognitive radio(CR)technology combined with D2D technology.The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by simulation.In the fourth chapter,the cognitive radio technology is applied to the burst traffic model,and the adaptive mode is selected for D2D users,which greatly improves the efficiency of D2D communication.In this chapter,we propose an adaptive mode selection method for D2D communication based on the traffic load of the system.The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by simulation.The fifth chapter makes a summary of the contents of this paper and makes a prospect for the future research.Although this paper gets some conclusions,there are still some problems in some places.Finally,the next generation wireless communication technology is prospected,and the prospect of the next generation wireless communication technology is realized.
