| Checking work for archives is the largest workload, most cumbersome and most error prone job of archives management. How to apply the automatic identification technology to archives management to improve the efficiency of archive "in the inventory point" is a hot spot in the field of modern archives management research. In this paper, codec technology of the two-dimensional code is applied to the checking archives to realize function of the archives real-time checking, which greatly improves the efficiency of the archive.The Archive currently uses two basic ways to check the archives: one is only the use of manual way, the second is to scan bar code by artificial. Both two methods are inefficient, time-consuming, non-real time and have other shortcomings. The first way’s real-time and accuracy is poor, and the traditional one-dimensional code recognition technology in the archive of the application is only limited to the archives storage and out of storage, does not play qualitative change of the efficiency of checking the archives. The market just appeared on the use of RFID archives management equipment, there is read-cross-border of adjacent electronic tags and other phenomena, because the RF signal is susceptible to metal interference ,leaving checking the archive’s real-time and accuracy is still unable to be guaranteed.Regarding the problems above in archives management, this paper puts forward the technical scheme of introducing two-dimensional code recognition technology into archives management. In this paper, a small is designed and implemented, and using array arrangement of two-dimensional code recognition device to achieve a number of two-dimensional code labels parallel recognition. And with the combination of the rotary library archive cabinet, it can achieve the archives rapid identification of response and the purpose of real-time checking the archives. The specific work and innovation of this paper are as follows: the mean filter and the median filter are used and analyzed to the QR code (one of the two-dimensional code)sample picture in MATLAB; the bifurcation method, the iterative optimal threshold method and the Otsu method are compared and analyzed. In the localization algorithm,compare locate the position detection pattern of the QR code itself with the Hough transform method. For the scene of the newest archive storage development with rotary cabinet, the coding and decoding rules of QR code are studied, with the algorithms comparison and analysis, embedded QR code recognition subsystem is designed to realize the fast identification of two-dimensional code label of single archive. Design of 40 multi-serial port expansion circuits to achieve multi-channel two-dimensional code subsystem identification data fast upload. Finally, the Kunlun on-state touch screen is used to realize the test of the recognition result and display the archives real-time checking interface. The actual test shows that the program can save the manpower and material resources of the file management, improve the automation level to the maximum extent, archives real-time checking and precise positioning, make the file management more convenient and intelligent. |
