Performance management module is one of the six modules of human resources,the human resources work is carried out around the development of performance management.Performance management is of great significance to the human resource management of enterprises.Changes in the way of economic development will have a variety of subtle influence on the enterprise,more and more enterprises realize that the good operation of the enterprise can not be separated from a set of scientific and effective performance management system.M company was established in 1995 to now,in the course of development of library education industry also has more than twenty years,with the gradual growth of the size of the company,division more and more fine,the number of employees more and more paternalistic management company chairman has been pursuing for already can not adapt to the rapid development of the company,the company has a lot of problems.Therefore,based on reading,learning and related literature,this paper studies the present situation of the domestic and foreign,and makes a deep research on the performance management of M company in order to find a solution.This paper first describes the concept of performance management and introduces the research status at home and abroad.By questionnaire survey,literature research and staff interviews and other research methods,based on in-depth study of M company performance management situation,analysis of performance management of M company in which there may be a problem,and closely combined with the company’s current strategic development goals,put forward improvement suggestions including performance planning,performance appraisal and performance communication etc.in terms of and to develop a specific optimization scheme,including setting clear performance evaluation plan,formulate and post match performance evaluation index,strengthen performance management in the process of communication problems,improve the performance of the feedback mechanism,especially the use of objective management method in the optimization of performance indicators of performance appraisal,the strategic objectives of the company will break up the whole into parts sure,the Department’s work planaccording to the company’s overall strategic objectives,and to determine the internal employees’ work plan,Also uses the Balanced Scorecard as the core of the key performance indicators of performance method,the specific design of the company level,department level,staff position level of performance appraisal indicators,improve and optimize the M company performance management process.In view of the existing performance management system of M company is optimized,can enhance M company’s employees work enthusiasm and creativity,strengthen the company’s human resources activities,enhance the company’s competitiveness,is conducive to enhancing the science of domestic enterprises in the standardization of employee performance management work on the level and execution,provide a good reference for performance management in China small and medium sized enterprises.
