Research On Internet Personal Data Security Mechanism

Information construction and the improvement of the Internet promote our social transformation and economic development.However,the safety of citizen’s personal data is also facing great challenges.All kinds of illegal access to citizen information have come out in an endless stream.The use of citizen data to carry out illegal and criminal activities has been repeatedly banned,causing huge property losses to citizens and threatening the personal safety of citizens.All the countries in the world can not effectively manage the personal data of citizens.Relatively,the personal data of citizens are mostly concentrated on private Internet companies,such as apple,Google,Facebook in the United States,China’s Tencent,Alibaba,Baidu and so on.Internet companies can get citizens’ personal data at any time.The first World Summit on Information Society(WSIS)was held in Geneva in2003.At this summit,the issue of Internet security governance was raised.The summit believes that the governance of Internet security should be led by the government,and the United Nations is responsible for developing the framework and system of safety maintenance.At present,there are almost no laws and regulations on the management of personal data on the Internet,and the theoretical research on the personal data of the Internet is still in the exploratory stage.The same is that foreign countries lack experience and Research on Internet data security.On the contrary,the demand for personal data security is more and more urgent.Citizens need to improve the system to protect personal data security.It is of great social and theoretical significance to establish a system to protect citizens’ personal data security.This paper,starting from the concept of personal data security and security guarantee mechanism,focuses on the analysis and study of the Internet personal data security guarantee mechanism.At the same time,it points out the existing problems of the security mechanism of personal data security in our country,and puts forward theoptimization suggestions on the security mechanism of the Internet personal data.Point of view to provide security measures.
