The space two-dimensional Pan-tilt turntable image-forming system is composed of two parts:pan-tilt and image-forming system components.The pan-tilt,a image-forming system carrier,can do cabrage and azimuth rotation in order to make photography,monitoring and meteraging of the target and information acquisition come true.Relying on the key technical index of Pan-tilt turntable image-forming system this research design a horizontal two-dimensional type U Pan-tilt turntable image-forming system,regarding modularization and miniaturization as pole stars.Firstly,depended on design requirement the thesis make the design of the optical image-forming system and the structure of small 2D Pan-tilt turntable,including optical system design,design of optical lens,imaging quality analysis,image detector selection,circuit design,shafting design,strength and rigidity check of shafting,shafting precision analysis,the selection of measuring element,driving element and braking element,limit mechanism design and design of rubber damper.Secondly,this research that use finite element method contrast and analyze the dynamic environment of the Pan-tilt turntable image-forming system with rubber damper and without it by the platform of ANSYS Workbench.we can make a conclusion that the structure design of small 2D Pan-tilt turntable and rubber damper is reasonable and reliable.Last,acceleration response spectrum,the results of random vibration test,indicate that the structure design of small 2D Pan-tilt turntable and rubber damper is reasonable and reliable.
