A Comparative Study Of Local Legislation Of Public Libraries In China Based On Word Frequency Statistics

Before making and promulgating the special laws of the national public libraries in China,there are several local public libraries’ legislative practices.These local public library legislation has made due contributions to the development of local library cause and the process of legalization of Libraries in China.This paper selects the text of more than ten local public library laws and regulations,uses word frequency statistics to count the distribution of word frequency,and compares the similarities and differences between the legislative texts of different parts of the country by means of the method of CO word analysis,so as to analyze the differences in the legislative thoughts of the public libraries in various places.Through the method of word frequency statistics and comparative analysis,this paper studies the comparison of 7 aspects of legislative thought respectively.These 7 aspects are: the reasons,purpose or significance of public library regulations and regulations,the scope of public library legislation and the definition of public library library;public library funds;public library funds;A common library service;the establishment of a public library;the construction and layout of the document resources of the public library;the management system of the public library and the qualifications of the director and librarian of the public library.On the basis of comparative analysis,two suggestions for improving library legislation in China are put forward..
