The people's income increases quickly in recent years. The requirement of personal financial management grows rapidly because of the low interest rate of bank deposit. Personal financial management is accepted by normal family gradually. As the personal financial management services in our country starts late, matched institution of law and financial regulatory system are still need to be improved. There are considerable risks in the personal financial management market. Improper sales of personal financial management services are reported and discussed seriously at present, and the fame of banks is influenced. For commercial banks, the sales risk can be seem to be the major risk when providing personal financial management services.Firstly, concepts related to the risk in the sales of personal financial management services are introduced in this dissertation. The sale risk of personal financial management services is defind. The sales status and the risks in the sales process of personal financial management services in the industrial bank of china are analyzed.The proposal sale process of personal financial management services is presented according to the principle and guiding theory of the risk control system of commercial banks.Secondly, advices for the management of salesman and the improvement of evaluation system are presented to control the risks in the sales of personal financial management services.Finally, the presented sales risk control system is tried in our branch of the industrial bank of China. The results show that this risk control system is operable and feasible.
