The development strategy of an enterprises is the benchmark guiding the chronic business activities of the company in the long run because it clarifies the company's strategic objectives, which would place great practical influence on the fural development of the company. At present,the supervision industry remains in the stage of growth,while there exists both opportunities and threats in the external environment.Therefore, it is urgent for the supervision industry to formulate a forward-looking development strategy through the analysis combined with the internal resource capabilities.The article analyzes both the external macro-environment and the industry micro-environment in which Zhuzhou Construction Supervision Consulting Co., Ltd. exists, and finds that opportunities weigh over threats in the macro-environment, while the competition of the supervision industry is comparatively explosive. Relatively speaking, the internal resources of Zhuzhou Construction Supervision Consulting Co., Ltd. are comparatively abundant,however its poor financial situation needs to be further improved.Through analyzing the external environment and the internal resources of the company, it can be concluded that Zhuzhou Construction Supervision Consulting Co., Ltd. has the chance to become the leading enterprise of Hunan Province, and can join in the national competition of the supervision industry. Consequently, the article holds the viewpoint that Zhuzhou Construction Supervision Consulting Co., Ltd. should take integratim as the growing strategy, the fundamental strategy is vertical integration strategy, supplemented by horizontal integration strategy, while the competitive strategy should choose the differentiation strategy. In order to accomplish the strategic objectives, Zhuzhou Construction Supervision Consulting Co., Ltd. should primarily do the following tasks:system optimization; optimal allocation of resources and organizational restructuring; creating the corporate brand; improving the management system; talent introduction and training; design of risk control system; establishment of enterprise information management system; strengthening customer relationship management and corporate culture; expanding the range of qualifications.
