The fast development of Internet of Things has brought about a revolution in the operation of logistics. Facing so many Policy risks, the sustainable development of Tobacco industry relies increasingly on high-level logistics service. We must build a high-efficiency logistics system to promote customer service level in Logistics. The rapid development of Internet of Things Technology make it possible to build a high-efficiency logistics system to provide high-level service. Building up a prestigious brand of Hunan tobacco services is of first priorities and goals in logistics construction. Service brand construction includes not only unified concept, image, identity, commitment, service standards, but also high quality, efficient, low-cost cigarette distribution services. On the other hand, we must realize that the most important is integrated value-added services for retails to maximize the benefit of230,000retailers.The thesis studied the relevant literature on Internet of Things Technology and proposed a method of building logistics system. It consists of four chapters. Chapter one is the introduction, including the research significance, literature review and so on. Chapter two introduces the theory about SCM and Internet of Things, which serves as the theoretical model for the thesis. Chapter three is a detailed analysis of the current situation of Hunan Tobacco industry, mainly about the competitions, feasibilities and necessities for the industry. Chapter four puts forward a design of Hunan Tobacco logistics system based on Internet of Things. There are four parts in this chapter:SCM, Infrastructure construction, Internet of Things, and the System of logistics operation.
