Along with the development of economy and the promotion of science and technology,our country is full access to the network new media era.Data show that the number of netizens and the Internet penetration is enjoying a rising trend year by year.The new media influence every aspect of people's life as the new type of communication,at the same time,it has released the voice that is imprisoned in the era of traditional media.Owing to its openness and immediacy,net media provide people with platform and opportunity,which can make people to express views and requirements.As the"China dream" has been proposed,our country also gathered the pace of building the welfare society in an all-round way.In this context,the importance of using the new media to express the welfare demand becomes more obvious.Focusing on the new media empowerment and the expression of welfare needs,We have an empirical research to study the influence and function of the new media on the demand expression.We use statistical software to carry out specific analysis of the 235 valid questionnaires,through the method of induction and empirical research to draw the conclusions.First of all,we design an innovative scale of new media empowerment according to the relevant theory,then the scale is proofed with good reliability and structural validity.So this scale can be a reference to the related research.Secondly,we draw the conclusions through analyzing questionnaire data:the using frequency of new media will influence the evaluation and trust of people who use them;the station whether use new media or not will influence the way that people express their welfare needs,and the expression ways have priorities;new media have empowerment function on the level of individual consciousness,interpersonal relationship and social participation,in addition,the three levels are different in the aspect of influenced;the hinder factors have different restrict degrees.Finally,according to the above analysis,aiming at the constraint factors in the progress of using new media to express welfare needs,we put forward corresponding measures.We hope that the new media can show a batter role in the welfare needs expression,and to improve the effect of demand expression and satisfaction degree.To sum up,through the induction of theory and the empirical research,we discuss the empowerment function of new media on various levels,and according to the conclusions,put forward the corresponding measures in order to show the batter role of new media.We hope that these measures can promote the expression of people's welfare demand,so they can perceive the empowerment functions of new media and their needs to be satisfied.
