The Model Construction And Empirical Research Of User's Continuance Intention Towards LBS Applications

With the rapid development of satellite positioning technique, wireless communications technology and various smart terminal market, Location-based services(LBS) has been widely used in the public security service, dispatching and monitoring service, billing service and information recommendation service and so on.However, there are a lot of problems existing in the current domestic LBS market, for example, the inaccurate positioning of LBS commercial model, serious competition of homogenization, lacking of user's viscosity and user's concerning about privacy safety and so on. The rapid development of LBS's market depends on the user's viscosity, therefore enhancing users' continuance intention on LBS application, improving the users' viscosity and cultivating users' loyalty have become the primary aiming of LBS application service providers.In this paper, according to the characteristics of LBS applications and users, the key factors of users' continuance intention of LBS applications were explored, and the study model was constructed. And in order to effectively improve the user's continuance intention of LBS applications, the relevant strategies and suggestions were put forward by verified the model. Research conclusions are as follows:Firstly, through consulting the domestic and foreign information technology acceptance theory and ECT(expectation confirmation theory) literatures, and according to the domestic and foreign study of users continuance intention, the problems of domestic users continuance intention were analyzed. And based on the theory of ECT and the situation of the domestic LBS applications, the model of LBS users' continuance intention was constructed with the factors of attitude and risks of privacy. And the hypothesis was put forward by analyzing the relationship factors of the theoretical model.Secondly, through analyzing the current situation of domestic LBS users' continuance intention, referring mature scales of other scholars and with the help of experts' interviews opinions, the new scales of this paper was designed. And by using online questionnaires and traditional paper questionnaires, the LBS users were investigated. Then the reasonable of the theoretical model and hypothesis was proved by analyzing the effective data with the help of the SPSS19.0 and Liserl8.7 software.Finally, based on the results of the analyzed data, the model was explanted, and the paper's research was concluded. It provided effective strategies and suggestions for LBS application service providers to enhance users' continuance intention. In this paper, LBS users' continuance intention was studied from the perspective of information technology acceptance, and it is helpful for understanding users' behaviors for LBS applications service providers and scholars. At the same time, this paper has the reference significance to promote the long-term development of the LBS applications.
