Facing rapid demand of the market and rapid development of engineering technology and a variety of management techniques, turbine industry will enter into a new development stage and face with constant challenge. Steam turbine equipment and its manufacturing management have their own characteristics. Based on these characteristics and advanced management methods, and according to the actual steam turbine manufacturing situation, this paper is to research steam turbine manufacturing management model, establish effective management system. It will benefit steam turbine industry development.Combined with the actual situation of steam turbine manufacturing schedule management, this paper analyzes steam turbine equipment features and its manufacturing features and discovers management problems. Base on project schedule management theory, this paper, from the perspective of key chain, explores steam turbine manufacturing schedule management of one turbine manufacturer. First, this paper introduces the theory of project management, project schedule management and key chains. Secondly, by introducing the main components of a steam turbine and analyzing manufacturing characteristics, it puts forward the critical chain is applicable to the steam turbine project schedule management according to the current situation and problem of steam turbine project.Finally, according to the actual steam turbine manufacturing to do work breakdown, time estimation, logic, network mapping, critical path, resource analysis, critical chain identification, it can be seen manufacturing duration can be shorten by adjusting resource conflict on the critical path. This paper provides a reference meaning for the use of critical chain in the area of steam turbine project schedule management. |
