Interest rate marketization has a big influence on financial companies'development, which makes financial companies have more flexible control over the funds and more financial benefits. However, financial companies themselves and their funds will face more risk at the same time. With the literature research and case analysis study, author studies interest rate marketization's content and the development process of interest rate marketization in China at first. Secondly, author analyzes commercial banks and financial companies; interest rate model, advantages and disadvantages, which is the base of raised solutions in the last part.With treating A Financial Company as research object, author analyzes the impact of enforcing interest rate marketization on A Financial Company, and the strategy of enforcing capital pricing in A Financial Company. In order to ensure the implementation of the new capital pricing strategy, A Financial Company should strengthen the construction of independent pricing ability of interest rate, such as an interest rate pricing system that based on individual customer, to improve competitiveness with commercial banks, and to better cope with the trend of interest rate marketization finally. |
