As an significant part of the service occupations,services reform and innovation of retail is very important for the development of service occupations,but also the retail business innovation for sustainable development and a source of power,but innovation often accompanied by risks.This article takes the retail enterprise as the research object,explores the influence factors of the retail enterprise service innovation,causes the enterprise to be able to allocate the resources reasonably,the key management to the innovation influence factor,helps the enterprise to be better.The quantitative and qualitative methods have carried together on the analysis.Research on the factors influencing on the service innovation of retail business has been done from two aspects of theory and practice,and to build on the retail enterprise service innovation influencing factors concept model in the process of participation.First of all,the paper analyzes the impassive factors of service innovation of retail enterprises from two point of view.On the one hand,this paper to the dividing line between the retail enterprises,in view of the formerly research,coalescent with the characteristics of retail enterprises,the construction of the retail enterprise service innovation driving force model,resulting in seven exterior factors and five inside factors.In addition,the problem of affecting factors of the source of the service innovation of retail business from the perspective of dynamic were deep exploration,participation,innovation activities,both inside and outside the enterprise environment nexus model is set up.In the model,the five factors,employees,customers,suppliers,competitors,and the public sector is the main factors,social environment,technological progress,policy support,seven factors,enterprise strategy,organization structure,operation flow and management level,belongs to the environmental factors,follow-up study table Ming subject factors and environment factors were so as to advance the active development of retail service innovation.The former is the straight effect,and the latter is the secondhand effects.Secondly,the paper analyzes the process of new service development of retail enterprises based on the general service innovation process.Through questionnaire survey of retail enterprise,service innovation,the actual situation and found that different scale enterprises the focus of each are not identical,some parts of each enterprise will pay attention to,such as concept and market testing,but some aspects was serious neglect,such as concept screening and service transport design etc..Of course,there are some actual carrying out but the studies did not focus on the link.Thirdly,based on the main body participation process,this paper proposes the concept model of the influencing factors of the double dimensions of retail service innovation.According to the conclusions of previous results,the paper selects the most representative of employees,customers,suppliers,three main factors involved in the innovation process concept,the development,the introduction of three stages,deeply analysis the influence produced by each of the primary factors in different moment of the innovation process,the study draws the conclusion that different participants play in the different stages have different effects.Finally,based on empirical research collected data,using SPSS to the relationship between the retail business innovation influence factors and the innovation procedure of the innovation output of quantitative analysis,draw the conclusion:the influencing factors of service innovation of retail business can be based on enterprise boundary of twelve factors extraction for employees,customers,suppliers,external environment,internal environment,auxiliary subject in six factors;also the different stages of the innovation process,the influence degree of each factor on service innovation each are not identical,which employees,customers,suppliers,produce the effect of maximum.Through correlation and regression analysis,set up the conception model of impact factors and three stages of innovation output.Regression equation shows the innovation main body and the environment to promote innovation.The former is the straight effect,which is an secondhand effect.The deficiency of this paper is given expression to in two sides:the accuracy of the measurement of the specific innovation output of the service innovation of the retail enterprise and the adaptability of the impassive factors.The research also can be further refined from the two aspects.
