With the full liberalization of China's financial industry,as well as accelerate the process of marketization of interest rates,these changes traditional business of commercial banks had a strong impact.China Minsheng Bank as a young joint-stock commercial banks,not only the absolute position of influence,as well as strong competition from five state-owned commercial banks from other joint-stock commercial banks(China Merchants Bank,Shanghai Pudong Development Bank and local city commercial banks and agricultural firms)of.This requires Minsheng Bank,through deepening reform to enhance their management efficiency,enhance their core competitiveness,in the fierce market environment.Management efficiency is a measure of the ability Minsheng Bank profitability,cost control and other aspects,to fully reflect the Minsheng Bank whether in a healthy,sustainable and stable level of development.Therefore,the main purpose of this topic is through parametric method and non-parametric methods,respectively measure the Minsheng Bank management efficiency value,and Minsheng Bank management efficiency by identifying factors that influence the value of the impact,so that the Minsheng Bank can be healthy and stable development.By selecting China Minsheng Bank,China Merchants Bank,Shanghai Pudong Development Bank,China Everbright Bank and China CITIC Bank and other five joint-stock commercial banks as research subjects,respectively,using the parameter method(data frontier method SFA)and non-parametric method(data envelopment analysis DEA)of management efficiency five joint-stock commercial banks measure,measure the technical efficiency index,respectively,cost-effectiveness index,efficiency index configuration and scale index,and use the results obtained were compared to identify Minsheng Bank and several other joint-stock commercial Bank gaps in these areas lies.At the same time,further identify the factors affecting the efficiency of management changes in Minsheng Bank to play a role,select the six key factors as explanatory variables,and build a time series model of Minsheng Bank to do regression analysis,so as to analyze the efficiency of management Minsheng Bank It provides a theoretical support and propose appropriate policy recommendations for improving management efficiency Minsheng Bank level.Through empirical analysis the following conclusions:1,joint-stock commercial bank management efficiency measurement results show that the level of efficiency of management of the banks have been enhanced,but the upgrade is not,especially after a relative by Minsheng Bank among banks;2,in this paper,empirical analysis of the SFA Measure out the cost-effectiveness as the dependent variable,according to the data availability and high correlation factor,selected economic growth rate,the size of banks,Minsheng Bank capital utilization rates,inflation,the degree of competition Minsheng Bank,risk prevention and control of these six factors as explanatory variables,and by constructing a time series model regression analysis we found that the elastic Minsheng Bank management efficiency and size of banks,cap and risk prevention and control negative,Description excessive bank size and risk of Minsheng Bank management efficiency will have a negative impact on results,and several other explanatory variables elasticity and management efficiency value is positive,it is possible to promote the Minsheng Bank management efficiency improvement;3.Finally,the results of empirical analysis of the results found in Minsheng Bank to enhance the management efficiency levels should proceed at their own scale,comparative advantage,market transformation,respond to market competition,enhanced ability to resist risks,expanding intermediate business,etc.,so that these capacity significantly improved.
