Analysis On Layout Evolution And Agglomeration Level Of Petrochemical Industry In Liaoning Coastal Economic Zone

With the development of economy,there are strong demand of petrochemical products in China.Facing the significant opportunity of adjustment of international industrial structure,and on the basis of nation conditions of heavy chemical industry stage,there is high speed development in the petrochemical industry.Petrochemical industry of Liaoning Province is in the middle and upper position in China.There are a solid foundation of industry and powerful petroleum refinery ability in Liaoning province.Six cities in Liaoning coastal economic belt have the obvious advantage of location.The petrochemical industry layout of six cities which includes Dalian,Huludao,Jinzhou,Panjin and Yingkou city are relatively concentrated.And petrochemical industry has become the six city's pillar industries.The revitalization of the old northeast industrial base and the strategy of Liaoning coastal economic belt provide the opportunity which promotes the development of petrochemical industry and the construction of petrochemical industrial park.Meanwhile the relevant decisions which is proposed by nation of adjustment of petrochemical industry layout spurs the corresponding area to optimize the layout.There are important theoretical and practical significance studying on the layout evolution and the agglomeration status of petrochemical industry in Liaoning coastal economic belt.This paper is based on petrochemical enterprises which are above the scale in Liaoning coastal economic belt.On the basis of the study of petrochemical industry from the domestic and foreign scholars,and the industry transfer theory and industrial location theory,the paper research on the series of studies.First of all,the paper analyzes on the development of petrochemical industry in Liaoning province and Liaoning coastal economic belt.Secondly,the paper studies the layout evolution?the agglomeration status and the spatial correlation of petrochemical industry with the methods of the kernel density estimation,the global and the local spatial autocorrelation,the nearest distance.We can draw the following conclusions:(1)From the perspective of current situation analysis:Petrochemical industry in Liaoning province has a large proportion in the industry share and has the trend of scale expansion.The petrochemical industry is mainly based on petroleum processing industry.Chemical raw materials and chemical products manufacturing is lagging behind.Refining and chemical integration is in low degree.Fine chemical industry and synthetic material are not dominant.There is strong technical force,convenient transportation and other advantages in Liaoning coastal economic belt.The construction of petrochemical parks in cities and cities have made significant progress,and the fine chemical industry has developed rapidly.(2)From the perspective of layout evolution:The petrochemical industry in Liaoning coastal economic belt obviously gathers in Dalian?Panjin and Yingkou city and mainly distributed in the urban city.As time goes by,in addition to enhancing the agglomeration level of the original areas,the agglomeration range expands.There are trends to the suburbs,to the counties and cities,or to the coastal areas in layout.Chemical raw materials and chemical products manufacturing is different from rubber and plastic products industry in agglomeration shape,range,etc.From the perspective of concentration level:The petrochemical industry in Liaoning coastal economic zone exists higher concentration level,and there are difference in each cities.There is trend to gather overall,but each city has different trends.From the perspective of spatial correlation:The number of petrochemical enterprises in Liaoning coastal economic zone exists larger spatial correlation,which has expanding trend.There is spatial heterogeneity in local area.(3)From the perspective of impact mechanism:The important factors that affect the layout and agglomeration of petrochemical industry in Liaoning coastal economic belt are:historical factor,globalization factor,agglomeration factor,environmental protection,space cost,planning policy,etc.On the basis of analysis,this paper puts forward the following development countermeasure according to the actual situation of Liaoning coastal economic belt.Optimize the industrial structure,enhance the competitiveness.Rely on science and technology,enhance the ability of independent innovation.Do a good job in the construction of the parks,accelerate the agglomeration of petrochemical industry.Dislocation development,avoid industrial isomorphism.
