BACKGROUNDSmall and medium enterprises play an important role in our country's economic society and industrial structure.Since the reform and opening up,small and medium enterprises in china develops rapidly and does a growing contribution to economic growth,has become an important force in China's economic and social development.However,due to national policies,traditional financial institutions and mechanisms,as well as small and medium enterprises' own backward technical and management level.Small and medium enterprises in the development process are facing many problems and challenges,among which theproblem of financing restrict is the biggest obstacle 'to the development of small and medium enterprises.In recent years our government gives more support and attention to the small and medium enterprises,but the financing problem of small.and medium enterprises still lacks effective solutions.On the other hand,conform to industry competition,the competitiveness of enterprises has convert to the competitive situation between the supply chain,supply chain financing came forth.As a new financing model,supply chain financing get rid of the traditional financing model to assess the detention of a single enterprise.it assesses the risk of small and medium enterprises from the overall height of supply chain,emphasizing the stability of the whole supply chain,the authenticity of the background of the business and the trader's credit and capacity,so that more and more small and medium enterprises can be included in the scope of services of financial institutions,and it becomes a new idea to solvethe financing difficulties of small and medium enterprises.Based on theoretical research and case study of supply chain financing to small and medium enterprises,this article summarizes the supply chain financing model of small and medium enterprises,highlighting the effectiveness and superiority of supply chain financing to solve the difficult problem of financing of small and medium enterprises.PURPOSEAs a new financing model for the problem of financing of small and medium enterprises,supply chain financing has open up a new financing channels,however,the current theory involving supply chain financing of small and medium enterprises is not enough and lacks a systematic analytical framework,inducing the existence of a certain disconnection between theory and practice.The purpose of this article is doing a systematic study of supply chain financing's theory and putting forward the constituent elements of it,besides summarizing the models for supply chain financing and studying the adaptability of supply chain financing in China,through the case studies,using the theoretical basis to practice and advancing corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on improving the supply chain financing for small and medium enterprises in China in the last,I hope to provide some practical significance in promoting the further development of the supply chain financing for small and medium enterprises in China.MAIN CONTENT AND VIEWThe main content of the paper include the following sections:Chapter one is an introduction,which tells five issues.the first issue is the research background,the second one is the significance of the study,The thirdissue tells the technical line,the forth one tells the research methodology.The last issue tells the contribution and shortcomings of the article.The main purpose of this chapter is the introduction of thesis writing background and the overall framework to pave the way for the following.Chapter two is literature review,it reviews the literature mainly from two aspects.the first one is the small and medium enterprises financing review,this section first gives the definition of small and medium enterprises,summed up the financingdifficulties of small and medium enterprises in accordance with domestic and foreign scholars,which points out that the difficulty for the financing of small and medium enterprises involving lots of causes,traditional bank credit can not effectively settle the problem of financing of small and medium enterprises.The second one is review of supply chain financing,based on the research by scholars in recent years,the second part points out the feasibility and effectiveness of supply chain financing,and laid the foundation for the study of this paper.The last section of this chapter summarizes the research.This chapter and Chapter three is the theoretical basis of this paper,which prepared to study the theory of supply chain financing for the small and medium enterprises.Chapter three is the theoretical analysis of the financing for the small and medium enterprises.The first section studies the theoretical foundation of supply chain financing of small and medium enterprises,mainly from the MM theory and balance theory,the credit gap theory and the theory of credit rationing,financial growth cycle theory and relationship lending theory to explore the motives and role of the small and medium enterprises' supply chain financing,and all these contents are the basis for further proposed the constituent elements of the supply chain financing for small and medium enterprises composition of section two.Section three sums up the model of supply chain financing for small and medium enterprises.,Section four analyzes the applicability of the small and medium enterprises'supply chain financing in China.Chapter four is the case analysis section of this chapter,which studies two companies according to the small and medium enterprises' supply chain financing model,firstly introduces the basic situation and the financing problems of the company,then using the theoretical study of supply chain financing puts forwards suitable solutions for the company's financing.The fifth chapter is the last chapter,this chapter gives suggestions for improvement the supply chain financing of small and medium enterprises in China,hoping to give a certain help to improve the supply chain financing study.CONTRIBUTIONSThe main contribution of this paper includes the following two points:(1)This article makes a systematic study for the theory of supply chain financing of small and medium enterprises,putting forward the constituent elements of the small and medium enterprises' supply chain financing,and summed up the two financing models(2)Through case studies,making theory applied to practice,demonstrate the feasibility of the supply chain financing and give the main ideas for the use of supply chain financing,having directive significance for the practice of supply chain financing for small and medium enterprises.
