Recent years,enterprises of manufacturing and assembling are facing with market demands and needs of diverse fast conversion problems,companies need a strong ability to adjust the assembly line to solve these problems.At the same time,companies want to minimize investment and assembly line manufacturing equipment needed of converting preparations.Therefore,they need the an assembly line and optimum scheduling methods to improve business transformation of market demands adaptability.Reconfigurable multi-assembly line scheduling is based on the assembly line and reconfigurable multi-assembly unit scheduling methods,but the greatest significance lies is not increase under the premise systems and equipment investment,but enterprises have uncertainty on the order of efficient adjustment capability.Therefore,the research of reconfigurable assembly line multi-scheduling has important theoretical significance and practical value.This paper is from the actual situation of DHMD enterprise,with its production capacity and efficiency the fourth best of workshop for the analysis the cases,which multi-reconfigurable assembly line scheduling analysis based on improved SFLA,the main contents as follows:(1)The concept of reconfigurable multi-assembly is further defined,and which divided into four categories.(2)The paper is proposed based on shuffled frog leaping algorithm and particle swarm algorithm that combines particle swarm of particles in the update strategy for local search to ensure the diversity of frog group,effectively prevent premature maturation of the algorithm,and the enhanced algorithm optimization ability groups.(3)The paper proposed multi-reconfigurable assembly line optimal scheduling model based on improved SFLA that integrated using of the SPV coding rules,heuristic algorithms and random initialization,adaptive niche elite solution set to maintain,improved SFLA and so on.(4)By the VB and MATLAB,programming simulate the reconfigurable multi-model assembly line scheduling based on improved SFLA and numerical example scheduling algorithm.(5)Base on the four reconfigurable multi-assembly lines of DHMA,for example,for four realities that change orders,emergency insertion orders,modify orders and cancel orders of the simulation experiments,and with the existing scheduling schemes were compared.
