Research On The Growth Of Listed Companies In China's Liquor Industry

Research on enterprise growth must construct the evaluation system based on some degree of understanding by the business enterprise, and this study takes liquor enterprise's finance and operational data as samples to use the entropy method and catastrophe progression method to specifically use entropy method in determining the weight of the growth index system, then use the mutation counting method to calculate the enterprise growth ability. The method implementation in specific industrial structure can measure a company's growth ability, as well as the growth-effecting factors, and put forward the further strategy proposals optimizing the enterprise.This paper collects listed company financial operations and others listed in Shanghai and Shenzhen two cities as the research target samples, mainly researching and analyzing domestic liquor industry business performance and financial situation, specifically examining the development of the listed liquor companies, while puting forward the proposal for the development of industry enterprises, so as to improve the operations and other aspects of the company.Liquor-listed company's growth ability research at first carries out the weight distribution through the entropy method on each indicator in the growth index system, and then uses the catastrophe progression method to further calculate specific values of the primary, secondary and tertiary indicators to calculate finally the comprehensive growth ability level.The result from the viewpoint of of comprehensive development analysis shows GuizhouMaotai ranks first in the value of financial capability index, while SJF ranks first in general ability index; in addition, the one with the worst performance in the financial ability is Shuijingfang, and the one with the worst performance in general ability is Iraq Lite. Reasons why there is a larger gap in the competence indicators between the enterprises mainly are that some enterprises have a few too low evaluation indexes, which in turn leads directly to that they display lower levels in the integrated development capacity index. Empirical results show that GuizhouMaotai in various indicators and levels shows high growth, and in the general evaluation index management ability and technical innovation ability is slightly unsatisfactory, but only from a financial aspect, the listed company does play its excellent level in these indexes.Through the growth evaluation analysis, it is found that listed companies in the domestic liquor industry have two major problems restraining enterprise developments--low capital operation level, lack of innovation ability. Aiming at the existing problems, finally, this paper proposes the rationalized proposals for the improvement and optimization, and from the industrial policy, brand shaping, market positioning and other aspects, puts forward some suggestions to promote the healthy development of liquor making industry.
