Ethical leadership, honesty, integrity, take care of staff, maintenance team's code of ethics, it must be an important influence on employee behavior. But the research of how ethical leadership is influence on employee behavior is very scarce, we will discusse and improve this problem in this research.Based on the identification of ethical leadership, internalization and organizational justice, on the basis of the research summarizes the related theory of ethical leadership on employee behavior(organizational citizenship behavior and employees' deviation behavior) effect, and employee recognition internalization and organizational justice in mediating role between ethical leadership and employee behavior.This research according to the scientific method to carry on the questionnaire survey, the sample for Guangxi, Chongqing, Henan, Hebei, Fujian and other places of the 15 enterprises and institutions, 471 employees. Using Spss21.0 and Amos21.0 statistical software to analyze data, evaluated the ethical leadership scale, identity internalization scale, organizational justice and organizational citizenship behavior scale and staff deviate behavior scale reliability and validity; Through confirmatory factor analysis test this research involves the degree of differentiation between the five variables; On the basis of the descriptive statistical analysis, for each variable to detect the correlation between the variables; And the employee's gender, age, education level, the inauguration of industries and occupations level control, through the regression analysis of test all the hypothesis of this study.The results found that internalized ethical leadership can enhance employees' identity and organizational justice, to enhance employees' organizational citizenship behavior and suppress the deviation behavior of employees; At the same time, accepted internalization in ethical leadership and employee behavior(organizational citizenship behavior and employees' deviation behavior) completely intermediary role between; Organizational justice in ethics leadership and employee behavior(organizational citizenship behavior and employees' deviation behavior) between the partial intermediary role. Of this study was to further enrich the influence of ethical leadership mechanism and influence as a result, in the future about between ethical leadership and influence the results of significance of reference to the intermediary variable to explore.
