In the traditional financial model, the SMEs finances with high cost, low efficiency and few financing channels. With the rapid development of Internet technology and the popularity of Internet, internet finance came into being, and provide a new feasible solution for the small micro-enterprise financing problems. Among the many models of Internet finance, Ali finance, as the representative of E-commerce credit model, with its advanced Internet technology and mass trading data, develops in a unique way in the wild wave of the Chinese Internet finance. Its operational processes and risk controlling are worthy of in-depth research. Therefore, with SMEs financing problems as the background, this paper chooses E-commerce credit mode as the starting point to give an in-depth research. Based on the widely reading on lots relevant documents, the status of SMEs' traditional financing were analyzed, noted that due to the presence of asymmetric information and other reasons, the traditional finance cannot solve the financing problems of SMEs. In the research of Internet finance, an analysis on the SMEs' funding demand and supply characteristics has been given, and also the conclusion that the Internet banking can effectively match the financing needs of small and micro enterprises. Then using the case study method, the E-commerce credit mode has been the focus of analysis. With the aid relationship lending model, the loan risk of both E-commerce credit mode and normal P2 P mode were deduced theoretically. Then we got the conclusion that the risk controlling of E-commerce credit mode is better than the one of P2 P mode, and with a case comparative analysis between Ali finance and P2 P mode, the above-mentioned conclusion was confirmed. Finally, the article focuses on the empirical research of E-commerce credit mode risk evaluation model, based on the existing accumulation type and average type of credit evaluation model. Using the C5.0 decision tree in SPSS Clementine, we tried to mine the key variables that influence SMEs to repay on time. Then an improved credit risk assessment model was set up. Test set was used to verify the accuracy rate of the model and we found that it reached 79%, which has a certain reference value to the risk controlling of E-commerce credit mode.
