Research On The Impact Of The Innovation Ability Of China's Automobile Complete Vehicle Listed Companies On Business Performance

After entering WTO, the automobile enterprises in our country have developed to a new stage, which is accompanied by the rapid development and growth of Chinese automobile industry. In this process, the problems of Chinese automobile development are gradually emerging, especially the lack of marketing competitiveness and the status of the enterprise benefits. As to deal with these difficulties calmly, the automobile enterprises of our country must find a suitable point of breakthrough,innovation capability of enterprises. How to improve the innovation ability of the enterprise so as to promote the increase of automobile enterprises of our country performance, how remain a world car power column under the background of economic globalization,which has gradually become a hot topic in management science and economics. In recent years,more and more automobile enterprises began to focus on the cultivation of innovation ability, making innovation ability of automobile enterprises of our country as the keynote to study automobile enterprise innovation ability of operating performance,which is conducive to enhance the sustained innovation ability of automobile enterprises and the increase of automobile enterprises' profits and operating performance.For automobile enterprises,it improves the operating performance of a clear direction by cultivating the ability of innovation.Based on the background and significance above. In this paper, on the first through reading lots of literates on the knotty problems finishing induction and comprehensive analysis. Under the premise of the literature review, forming a theoretical basis of innovation ability and operating performance.Secondly, the enterprise innovation ability elements exposition and operating performance of the defined measure. Then constructing the index system of innovation ability and operating performance, and then design the related variables, assumptions and model design. Through the study of enterprise innovation ability and operating performance, use innovation ability evaluation index to regress analysis on the performance evaluation index, obtained the innovation capacity index and performance of regression coefficient and significant level todetermine the correlation between them. Fourthly, deal the sample data of Chinese automobile enterprises listing corporation with SPSS16.0 software for statistical analysis,so as to prove the relationship between them. At last,this paper draws a conclusion according to the empirical analysis results and provides some countermeasures and suggestions for the innovation ability training of automobile enterprises listing corporation in our country.
