Since human society entered the twenty-first Century, the global energy and environmental pressures continue to increase, green environmental protection, energy saving, sustainable development, ecological civilization construction concept has already become the common understanding of human society. In recent years, related technology research and development and rapid progress, there are also many uncertain factors.Analysis and evaluation of the on the theory of enterprise strategy management, performance evaluation and guidance, conventional power distribution system of M company, high and low voltage power distribution engineering, automatic control system and green energy distribution system of the four series of business. Around the management situation of M company, after fully consider the internal and external situation, and their own business ideas, according to the characteristics of the enterprise, from the market level, financial level, organizational level, the level of social responsibility established corresponding performance evaluation system, finally the performance status of M company were analyzed and evaluated, to provide objective and effective reference and support for future development.Affected by the macroeconomic environment, M company's traditional business growth resistance is relatively large, now can not continue to invest blindly. The current to a great extent in green energy and energy saving and other fields to accelerate technology development and marketing. No matter how large the scale of enterprises, manpower and other resources are limited, can not provide all of the products, and the M company's R & D strength is limited. In order to seek development, clear market positioning needs of enterprises, focusing on the advantages of resources, effective services to the market, and strive to achieve the greatest advantage.Since the establishment of M company attaches great importance to technology development, in manpower and material resources are put in a lot of effort, but also need to further enhance the overall efficiency. Especially in the field of green environmental protection, need to make full use of external environment brings opportunities, strengthen the internal organization construction, improve organizational culture, provide a favorable guarantee for the realization of strategic goals. In order to develop new industries, optimize enterprise production technology, M company introduced some relevant professional and technical personnel, the staff quality of the overall level of some promotion. Of course, R & D strength can not be substantially improved in the short term, in the future there is still to continue to accumulate. In the organization also needs to improve staff training and learning atmosphere. Especially high-tech enterprises, but also need to have a spirit of learning, in order to adapt to the environment in the future. To establish a learning organization is an important factor to improve the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises. For the long-term development of the need, M company should improve the overall quality of staff as a system engineering, to enhance the company's strategic development level.All aspects of the integrated market, financial, organizational and social responsibility, some weak links of M company based development potential adverse effects, to the society will also have many negative effects, in order to maintain the healthy and harmonious development of enterprises, M company also need to continue to invest a lot of effort.
