Under the catalysis of information technology, the world economy has entered a stage of accelerated change. As corporate profits cycle begin, procurement has become an important part of business operations. Purchasing management, especially when purchasing risk management is of great significance. M company is one of the largest suppliers of ship industry, under the circumstances of the current international financial crisis, the ship, in the period of "cold winter". For ship industry, should take full advantage of this opportunity, strengthen enterprise internal perfecting system, strengthening management.In this paper, based on risk management research results at home and abroad for reference, in M company material purchasing management problems in ship control system, from the aspects of risk identification, risk assessment, risk control has carried on the systematic study. The concrete research content includes the following three aspects:(1) M company procurement risk management analysis. In view of the specialty of the shipping industry and the actual situation of M company, considering the control system of ship material is complex, dynamic and uncertainty characteristics of the non-production materials have characteristics such as regularity and sudden, there is a big risk in purchasing. The characteristics of the control system of the ship in the logistics procurement risk management, through theoretical analysis, the forming reason of M company risk management can be divided into strategic risk and general two kinds of purchase risk(2) The identification of M company procurement risk factors. This paper USES the PEST and business process analysis respectively from two aspects to carry on the analysis, strategic risk and general risk, find out the possible risk triggers. In the aspect of strategic risk, M company as a foreign enterprise, will inevitably is limited by the adjustment of international laws and regulations and lead to risk. M company's special industry at the same time, need to repair the ship to port and berthing time restriction conditions, such as inventory and delivery risk in purchasing process are the main risk trigger point, and then classify the quantitative and qualitative analysis of these identified factors, lay the foundation for building the risk assessment system.(3) M company procurement risk management evaluation. This article USES the fuzzy evaluation method and analytic hierarchy process combined with multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, classify 20 risk factors, using expert scoring method to analyze the qualitative indexes and weights. Using the method of subo rdinate function evaluation of quantitative index. Finally it is concluded that a single value at risk, and determine the corresponding risk level. Conclusion risk of M company is the biggest risk to the supplier at present, especially the risk of supplier selection for the high risk factors. It is mainly due to the M company special raw material requirements, many materials need to CE and classification society certification, so in the choice of suppliers a lot of limitations and risks. Against the risk in this paper, starting from the actual situation also sums up the risk prevention measures should be taken. Of M company's procurement risk management has a certain practical significance.This thesis research results of M company has a certain practical guiding significance to the procurement risk management, procurement risk management of ship industry also has a certain reference significance.
