The Design Of Asset Securitization For X Co.,Ltd.

In recent years,asset securitization has a quickly emerging in our country.As an innovation financing model,asset securitization can help many enterprises who have problems in financing.According to Wind statics,there are about 231 asset backed securities products,the total issued is more than 485.1 billion yuan,the current of balance is more than 400 billion.The development of asset securitization also has been supported by the government.Deputy Governor of PBOS,Mr.Pan,indicate in the special committee set up meeting that asset securitization has huge room for growth and a bright future.Simultaneously,most companies those operate some infrastructure such as highway have difficulties in financing for the investing of highway has a long payback period,demand a lot of many and some other characteristics.After research and analysis,it could be found that asset securitization can be used to help the companies those operate the highways in financing.This paper studied the asset securitization theory at first.Then analysis the cases those use asset securutization in the companies' financing,those companies also operate infrastructure.Finally according to the financial statements of X Co.,Ltd,design a mode of asset securitization which is just suited for X.Ltd..It can be concluded that asset securitization have risk isolation and easy to apply.It makes asset securitization to be a uesful method for financing.In this paper,the main methods is literature analysis,comparative analysis,statistical analysis and quantitative analysis.Through this targeted design for X.Ltd.'s asset securitization,this paper obtained that asset securitization could be used to solve the problem of financing for those companies which operate infrastructure and gave some suggestion to X.Ltd..
