With the advancing trend of the world economic globalization,our import and export trade also changing.Many local enterprises increased their trade volume,but at the same time they also face many financial risks during the trade process,such as the trouble caused by the huge sums of overseas account receivable impending and result bad debt.Therefore,this article will start from the present situation of the international settlement such as letter of credit,remittance,collection,to sum up the related data in recent years,and on this basis analyze the risk existing in the process of the main international trade settlement in foreign trade and explore the effective measures for risk management.This paper is divided into 5 parts: The first chapter is the introduction,which points out the background of this topic,and makes a review and summary on the academic achievements of domestic and foreign scholars,which lays the theoretical foundation of the whole paper.And points out the possible innovations and shortcomings;the second chapter elaborates the basic theory of this paper,introduces the concept and classification about the risk of international trade settlement,international trade settlement,and to do a systematic study on the basic theory of risk management;the third chapter is the key point of writing,analysis the data of the main international trade settlement,that is the letter of credit,remittance and collection,to explain the application of the three main ways,and point out the risk and the reasons for the existence respectively;the fourth chapter,in view of the above related problems to chase for exploration the corresponding measures to risk aversion,it has feasibility.
